Product Description

This WXL-A3 series miniature pen-style electric linear actuator features compact size with strong thrust, built with all-metal precision copper components and metal gears for long service life under continuous load. The housing combines stainless steel and aluminum alloy; the high-precision telescopic rod adopts high alloy steel, anti-corrosion and durable.

It runs smoothly with low noise ≤52dB, built-in limit switch, power on to extend, reverse polarity to retract, auto power-off once reaching stroke end. Available voltage: DC12V / DC24V, rated current 0.25A. Multiple stroke options:10/20/30/50/80/100/150mm, longer stroke customizable.

Diverse control options: manual wired switch, wireless remote controller, timing cycle board, PLC/MCU connection, mobile APP remote control and more. Widely used in vending machines, rehabilitation manipulators, automation machinery, assembly robots, medical, food and automotive equipment.

Note: It is brushed DC motor, service life up to 30,000 cycles, duty cycle 10% (work 2 minutes, rest 18 minutes), 1-year warranty.

A3: Duty cycle is 10%. It can continuously work for 2 minutes, then needs 18 minutes rest to avoid overheating. Total service life can reach 30,000 cycles under proper use.

Q4: How to control the extension and retraction?

A4: Reverse the positive and negative wire polarity to change movement direction. Red wire for positive, black wire for negative to extend; swap wires to retract. It has built-in limit switch to cut off power automatically when it reaches full stroke. Multiple optional controllers: wired manual switch, wireless remote, timing cycle board, PLC, mobile APP control.
