1. The governor can be used not only for motor speed control, but also for LED light/lamp dimming.
2. When used for LED light dimming, you need to ensure that the LED light is directly DC power supply, then the governor will be connected in series between the DC power supply and the LED lamp, by turning the speed potentiometer knob to achieve dimming.
3. If the LED lamp is not, or can not be directly connected to the DC power supply, you can not use this governor to dimming.
4. But the governor with the forward and reverse function (the governor’s name contains the R character, such as BG0628-0304R, BG0630-0610LR, G1055-4060LRD, etc.), is strongly discouraged for LED dimming, it is very easy because of the wrong set the forward and reverse switch, resulting in the wrong polarity of the power supply to the LED lamp, and lead to LED lamp burn.

1. The Power In's voltage is DC, and should meet the requirements of the governor and motor, incorrect voltage may cause permanent damage to the governor and motor. Special attention that the governor should not be directly connected to the AC power (such as AC110/220V), otherwise it will burn!
2. The Power In's positive and negative should not be inversely connected to the governor, or the governor will be burnt.
3. The Motor's positive and negative can be inversed, and exchange the motor's input positive and negative, the motor's rotation direction will be reversed.
