  • All-metal gearbox, wear-resistant and durable
  • Forward and reverse rotation supported
  • Small size, easy installation
  • Wide voltage range: 6V / 12V / 24V
  • Suitable for industrial control, model making, and intelligent equipment

Application

  • DIY robots & smart vehicles
  • Electronic door locks & curtains
  • Monitoring PTZ & rotating devices
  • Automation equipment & small power tools

Motor Usage Instructions

  1. Voltage & Current Tolerance: Operate the motor within the specified voltage and current range. Failure to do so will shorten the motor's service life.
  2. Handling: Handle the motor with care, holding it by the outer casing whenever possible.
  3. Wiring: Connect the red wire to the positive (+) terminal and the black wire to the negative (-) terminal. Reversing the polarity will reverse the motor's rotation direction.
  4. Overload: Use the motor only within the load range specified by our company. Prolonged stalling or operation near stall conditions will cause the motor to burn out.
  5. Storage:
    • Storage Temperature: 0°C to 40°C
    • Storage Humidity: 15% to 90% RH
    • Avoid storing in high-temperature, high-humidity, or corrosive gas environments.

  6. Operating Temperature: 0°C to 70°C

Motor Precautions

  1. Do not allow any objects to bind the motor. Ensure no adhesive flows into the bearings through the rotating shaft, as this will damage motor operation.
  2. Shaft rotation can adversely affect motor lifespan. To extend longevity, verify that your load complies with specifications. Do not overload or attach harmful items to the shaft end.
  3. Eccentric heavy radial loads will damage the motor's lifespan.
  4. Do not store the motor in high-temperature, extremely humid, or corrosive gas environments, as this will reduce performance.
  5. Do not operate the motor in high-temperature or humid environments.
  6. When soldering power terminals, use a soldering iron at 340°C ± 40°C for a maximum of 3 seconds. Avoid plastic deformation, solder flow into the motor, or wire breakage, as these will degrade motor function.
  7. Do not jam the motor. Applying power to a jammed motor will cause rapid overheating and burnout of components.
  8. The manufacturer cannot guarantee quality if damage results from operator negligence, failure to follow instructions, or obvious misuse.
  9. Supply the specified voltage and ensure it remains within measurable limits.
  10. When installing pulleys or gears, avoid applying excessive force during press-fitting.
  11. When mounting the motor, ensure screws are not too long, as they may contact the rotor and affect performance.
