GP16-1636 16mm planetary brushless coreless DC motor,12V 24V micro reduction motor 23-2500 RPM with encoder, ABZ incremental SPL absolute encoder coreless gear motor,16mm mini brushless motor for robot CNC smart agriculture

Product Description

GP16-1636 is a 16mm miniature 3-phase 2-pole brushless coreless planetary gear reduction motor equipped with Hall sensor. Multiple configurable options are available: with or without driver board; encoder choices include no encoder, SPL absolute encoder and ABZ incremental encoder. It supports forward & reverse rotation and PWM speed regulation, working voltage optional 12V / 24V.
Wide speed range: 23,33,46,69,110,130,185,530,750,2500 RPM.

D-type output shaft, shaft diameter D3, shaft length 11.6mm.

Rated power:5W, net weight approx 189–210g.

  • Spec: GP16-1636 16mm Planetary Gear Brushless Coreless Reduction Motor; Voltage: 12V/24V; Speed: 23/33/46/69/110/130/185/530/750/2500 RPM; Options: With/Without Driver; No Encoder / ABZ Incremental Encoder / SPL Absolute Encoder.
  • Feature: Ultra-compact 16mm coreless brushless design for extreme low noise, high efficiency & long life; planetary gearbox delivers smooth micro-torque; optional integrated driver & precision encoders (ABZ/SPL) for closed-loop control; pairs seamlessly with DM556 & HH/MK/JQX/LC1D control stack.
  • Use: Micro-precision automation, robotic joints, medical devices, smart agriculture (mini window opener/coop door), CNC auxiliary, camera/sensor gimbals, tachometer-tested speed loops.
  • Pairing: Drive via onboard driver or external DM556/YMS7-B/PWM; power by 3-60V/3-90V PSU; logic switch via HH52P/MK2P → JQX-38F/LC1D for larger loads; wire UL2464/UL2547; test 4mm banana; micro couplers GX/M12; read XD tachometer; clean with cordless washer.
  • Note: Smallest in motion lineup (vs GP36-3650 & GP42-4260); coreless rotor = ultra-responsive; pick 12V or 24V; encoder choice: ABZ incremental for speed, SPL absolute for position; driver-included simplifies integration; ideal micro-motion core.
