Product Description
This silent linear reciprocating motor push rod is a complete crankshaft reciprocating motion mechanism. Pre-assembled for plug-and-play operation, powered by 12V or 24V DC motor with adjustable speed controller included.
The stroke length can be freely adjusted within the selected range: 2–8cm, 3–15cm, 3–16cm, 6–20cm optional. It performs automatic cyclic back-and-forth linear movement, with reciprocating frequency from 20 times/min up to 290 times/min.
Adopt pure copper DC motor for high torque and high efficiency. The swing arm is made of lightweight high-strength aluminum alloy via CNC machining, sandblasted and chamfered to prevent scratches. Hard chrome-plated telescopic shaft features great rigidity, bending resistance and long service life.
Thrust varies with stroke and voltage. Smaller stroke delivers larger pushing force. Ideal for automation projects, small reciprocating equipment, push-pull & lifting test fixtures and custom machinery modifications.
Package includes reciprocating mechanism, reduction motor and adjustable speed power supply. Simply connect to 220V household power to start operation. Custom specifications are available upon request.
