(For Inductive Proximity Switches)

  1. NPN: Common positive voltage, outputs negative voltage (low-level signal).

    PNP: Common negative voltage, outputs positive voltage (high-level signal).

  2. NPN NO (Normally Open): Normally open state when idle. When an object is detected, the black wire outputs a negative voltage signal.

  3. NPN NC (Normally Closed): The black wire outputs a voltage signal in the normal state. When an object is detected, the output signal is disconnected.

  4. PNP NO (Normally Open): Normally open state when idle. When an object is detected, the black wire outputs a positive voltage signal.

  5. PNP NC (Normally Closed): The black wire outputs a positive voltage signal in the normal state. When an object is detected, the output signal is disconnected.
