This heavy-duty DC linear actuator delivers a maximum thrust of 6000N (600kg), designed for demanding industrial and medical applications. With adjustable stroke lengths from 30mm to 700mm and dual 12V/24V DC compatibility, it provides reliable reciprocating linear motion for lifting, pushing, and positioning tasks.

Wiring & Control Notes

  • The actuator is controlled by reversing the polarity of the two main power wires (positive/negative).
  • Adding a forward/reverse switch or controller (wired/wireless) allows convenient control of extension/retraction.
  • Hall encoder feedback (optional) enables multi-actuator synchronous operation for coordinated movement.

Important Usage & Safety Notes

  1. Duty Cycle: Do not operate continuously beyond the 20% duty cycle (2 minutes on / 8 minutes off) to prevent motor overheating.
  2. Water Resistance: The actuator is rated IP54, not fully waterproof. Do not use in high-moisture or submerged environments (water damage is not covered under warranty).
  3. Speed-Thrust Tradeoff: Faster speeds result in lower thrust, while slower speeds provide higher thrust. Choose the right combination for your application.
  4. Mounting Brackets: Mounting brackets are sold separately. Please contact customer service if you need them.
  5. Stroke Fixed: The stroke length is pre-set at the factory and cannot be adjusted by the user.
