Product Description

GP42-4260 is a 42mm brushless DC planetary gear reduction motor, also known as heavy-duty 775 type brushless gear motor. It supports 12V / 24V working voltage, rated power up to 30W, with wide optional no-load speed range from 9 RPM to 950 RPM.
Wiring version optional: 5 wire or 6 wire.

D-type output shaft options: D8 27mm / D10 27mm.

Net weight approx 369–429g.

Equipped with precision planetary gear set, delivering outstanding high torque output while maintaining low running noise. It supports PWM speed regulation and forward & reverse rotation, stable operation and long service life.
Suitable for CNC machine tools, laser cutting, food packaging machinery, robotic manipulators, medical equipment, semiconductor devices, aerospace accessories, parking equipment, measuring instruments, vehicle industry and various automatic control systems.

Wire Sequence & Function Description

Please read carefully before using the product

Red Wire: Motor Power Positive + (DC 12V–24V). Do NOT miswire
Black Wire: Motor Power Negative − (DC 12V–24V). Do NOT miswire
Yellow Wire: Speed Feedback Signal (6 pulses per rotation. Max low level:0.6V; High level:4V ~ 5.6V)
Orange Wire: Motor Direction Control Input Signal (Forward rotation when connected together with black negative wire)
White Wire: PWM Speed Control Signal for motor speed regulation (Compatible with 0–5V speed controller)
Green Wire: Motor Brake Signal Input Control (Brake triggered at low level, max 0.6V)
⚠️ WARNING: Never reverse positive and negative power supply. Signal wires must NOT connect to power. Warranty void if miswired!
