BL-3630 compact DC brushless motor comes with integrated built-in driver, featuring low noise operation, reversible rotation and PWM speed regulation. Dual voltage options:12V / 24V.

Multiple optional no-load speeds:3000,4000,5000,6000,7000,8000,9000,10000 RPM.

Output shaft length optional:10mm,11mm,20mm; available in 5-wire /6-wire versions for different control requirements.

Rated power:5W, net weight approx 168g. Built with pure copper winding and premium magnetic rotor, stable running, low heat generation and long service lifespan.

Suitable for CNC machine tools, laser cutting equipment, food packaging machinery, textile machinery, robotic manipulators, medical devices, semiconductor equipment, automation control systems and other precision industrial applications.

Wire Sequence & Function Description

Please read carefully before using the product

Red Wire: Motor Power Positive + (DC 12V–24V). Do NOT miswire
Black Wire: Motor Power Negative − (DC 12V–24V). Do NOT miswire
Yellow Wire: Speed Feedback Signal (6 pulses per rotation. Max low level:0.6V; High level:4V ~ 5.6V)
Orange Wire: Motor Direction Control Input Signal (Forward rotation when connected together with black negative wire)
White Wire: PWM Speed Control Signal for motor speed regulation (Compatible with 0–5V speed controller)
Green Wire: Motor Brake Signal Input Control (Brake triggered at low level, max 0.6V)
⚠️ WARNING: Never reverse positive and negative power supply. Signal wires must NOT connect to power. Warranty void if miswired!
